Enon Valley garlic is grown organically on our 90 acre farm in Beaver County PA. Every plant is hand sown, mulched, weeded, harvested and cleaned. We love what we do and guarantee you will be pleased with your purchase. While we are selling garlic for you to eat, once you receive your garlic, you can eat, freeze, dehydrate, pickle or cultivate it.
Our garlic is harvested early to mid July (scapes are available late May to early June). Then we cure and clean the garlic making our new crop available for sale in August. Our garlic is never treated with any chemicals and can be eaten as well as planted. We are proud of our product and feel confident you will love it too.
WE WILL BE SELLING 4-5 NEW VARIETIES AT THE MARKETS AND FESTIVALS THIS YEAR SO STOP BY TO GET SOME NEW, LIMITED STOCK GARLICS!
